Incredible Emergency Service & Top-Notch Work! I can't say enough good things about The Sewer Brothers, especially Carlos and his team. We had an unexpected emergency pipe burst and sewer backup—on a Sunday, no less—and while most companies either didn’t answer or wanted to charge outrageous fees just to show up, I was lucky to get their contact info from a friend. Carlos personally answered my call and, understanding the urgency, made an exception to come out that same day. He arrived quickly, fully equipped with advanced tools and technology, and resolved the sewer backup on the spot. While working, he also discovered that our old pipe had burst, leaving sewage spills in the crawl space—something we hadn’t even noticed. After living in our home for over 15 years, we decided to go ahead and replace the entire sewer system. Carlos gave us a very reasonable quote (far better than what others had estimated), and by the next day, he had a crew of five hardworking professionals out here, working nonstop for 14 hours to get everything done. He also went above and beyond by helping us deal with our insurance company—answering their questions promptly and professionally. Even the insurance adjuster was shocked by how much work was done for the price we paid. If you need reliable, fast, honest, and skilled plumbers, I highly recommend The Sewer Brothers. Had Sewer Brothers out on three different occasions. I can't say enough about how clean, efficient and nice all of the guys are. Would definitely say they are the best around. Called them on a Friday they came out on Friday and I already new they were going to do the work. I asked when it could be done he told me Sunday. They showed up on time and replaced the sewer line from the house to the city line and installed a liner under the slab in a cracked pipe and had the entire job completed and CLEAN by the late afternoon. Two days later they came to fix a line in my attic that is a recirculation line that has not worked for approx. 10 years. Original plumber installed it wrong. We now have hot water on demand. These guys are fair, honest and above all trustworthy!
